Do you come to my location?
Yes. Briggins Detailing & Protection is a fully mobile service-area business.
What areas do you serve?
Primary markets are Fayetteville, Raeford, Pinehurst, Southern Pines, and Aberdeen. Hope Mills, Spring Lake, and other reachable communities may also be available.
Are online prices final?
No. They are accurate starting points. The final estimate depends on vehicle size, condition, travel, requested add-ons, and any material-heavy work.
Do I need water and electricity?
Most appointments are expected to need outdoor water and a nearby electrical outlet. The exact requirement must be confirmed for your service before scheduling.
Is there a travel fee?
Mobile service is complimentary for appointments of $249 or more within the primary service area. A $35 mobile-service fee applies below that amount. Extended-distance travel starts at $35 and is confirmed before booking.
Do you guarantee complete stain, scratch, or odor removal?
No. We explain what a service can realistically achieve after reviewing the condition.
Why do some jobs require photos?
Photos help us quote paint correction, severe interiors, carpet restoration, headliners, tint removal, audio work, pet hair, and heavy staining accurately.
How long does an appointment take?
Timing varies by service, condition, and vehicle size and is confirmed during booking.
Do you offer ceramic coating?
The current package proposes ceramic spray protection. Any additional coating product, duration, maintenance, or warranty claim must be confirmed before booking.
What tint film do you use?
Only film brands and types actually confirmed with the service provider will be offered. Ask for the current option when requesting a quote.
Can you remove old tint?
Tint removal is proposed from $99 and requires confirmation before scheduling.
Do you detail trucks and large SUVs?
Yes. Core packages include separate vehicle-size tiers.
What about pet hair?
Pet-hair removal starts at $49. Moderate or heavy cases require photographs and may change the final price.
Do you handle mold or biohazard situations?
Those conditions require specialized manual review and are not included in normal package pricing.
Can I get a same-week appointment?
Availability changes. Submit a quote request for current openings.
How do I pay?
Accepted payment methods are confirmed at booking.
What is the cancellation policy?
The final cancellation policy is provided in writing when the contractor’s real scheduling policy has been confirmed.
Do you require a deposit?
Deposit requirements depend on the service and are confirmed before scheduling.
How do I leave a review?
After a completed appointment, the business sends the customer a direct Google review link.
Is this the same company as Briggins & Sons?
No. Briggins Detailing & Protection is a separate, independently operated customer-facing brand.
